Flow yoga

Flow yoga is a challenging workout to build strength, flexibility and stamina. In each class the postures are different, however they all flow through the movements linked with the breath.
You will have the chance to experience a variety of postures moving from standing through sitting postures, forward and backbends, inversions, twists and balancing postures.

Flow vinyasa

Flow vinyasa class is a set sequence of postures based on the primary series of a classic breathing and movement system developed in Mysore and known as Ashtanga Yoga.
Experience this class by using connecting movements to create a continuous flow linked by vinyasa.

Prenatal yoga

Discover the miracle of a new life and take the path towards birth with devotion and trust. The class has a duration of 75 minutes and is taught by Romarei Hartwich. It is recommended to start after the 16th. week of pregnancy.

Postnatal yoga

Postnatal yoga is taught after the method of Patricia Thielemann-Kapell (Spirit yoga Berlin). The class has a duration of 75 minutes, it is recommended to start 6 weeks after normal birth, 3 months after a caesarean. Strengthen your body and find your inner balance as a woman and a mother under the kind and gentle guidance of Romarei Hartwich. You are encouraged to bring your baby (max. 8 months) with his or her favourite blanket to share this wonderful experience. The practice consists of various playful and imaginative poses for both, mother and baby.

Yin Yoga

  • Stillness of the body
  • Stillness of the breathness
  • Stillness of the mind

Yin Yoga stimulates and targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones and even joints of the body, generally the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
Yin practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. We remain in the poses anywhere between one and twenty minutes.
Yin Yoga prevents contracture, degeneration, fixation and provides hydration to the joints.
The essence of Yin is yielding. Yin accepts the world for the way it is.Yin Yoga is not meant to be comfortable. It will take you well outside your comfort zone.
We don't use our body to get into the pose - we use the pose to get into our body.
Much of the benefit of the practice will come from staying in this zone of discomfort, despite the mind's urgent please to leave, to move, to do anything but stay....
