About yogaroom

YOGAROOM is a bright space where you find peace and serenity for your practice. To assure individual attention for every student, the classes are kept up to 15 participants. After the class you can relax with a cup of tea. Yoga equipment, like mats or belts, is at your disposal.

The spirit of yoga etiquette

... embraces the qualities of compassion, awareness and respect.

In this attitude of awareness, we ask you please:

  • to switch off your mobile during the class
  • to take off your shoes after entering
  • to refrain from wearing fragrances as strong odors can be disturbing during the practice
  • to keep conversations at a low volume to be able to enjoy the calmness of YOGAROOM

Far away from daily stress, self-awareness leads to attention to detail and to the respect for the space and people around you.

Before the practice

Please arrive a few minutes before the class begins and take some time to stretch or for a moment of quietness to empty your head.
It is recommendable not to eat before the practice, the last meal should be taken at least two hours before you start.
Tell your teacher about any injuries or special health conditions you have.

What to wear

Wear something light and comfortable to be able to move at your ease.
As you will sweat during the practice, bring a sweater or blanket to use during the final relaxation to stay comfortable and warm.
